3. How long do I have to return an item?
You can return your item within 31 days from the date of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. What are the conditions for returning an item?
The returned item must be sent back within the allowed return period, in unused, undamaged, and clean condition.
It must be securely packaged in a proper box to ensure the product is well protected during shipping. Items returned in poor or unsafe packaging may not be accepted.
