Refund and returns

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Nateghian EU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to return your product 

• Please send us an e-mail via support@rfgalleries.com
• You will recieve a prepaid shipping label , after approve of your request to return your product .
• Send your item back to us using the label provided by bringing it to a Post station

• All our products are unique and handmade. Irregularities in colours or crooked parts are natural to this product and can not be claimed as broken.
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging or a similar packaging to ensure the product‘s safety
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear/ use or damage
