R&F is a genuine producer of handmade Persian rugs, kilims, and artisanal products. Founded in 2020 by brothers Reza and Farhad Nateghian, all products are designed and produced within our group in Iran and distributed worldwide through our official European representation.

All products sold by R&F are handmade and may show natural variations in color, size, and texture. These characteristics are not defects but a sign of authenticity and craftsmanship. Each rug is offered as an original Persian handmade product.

Customized and personalized products are produced according to the customer’s specifications, including design, size, color, and optional name weaving. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless a proven manufacturing defect exists.

All prices are listed in Euros (€). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be completed at checkout using the available secure payment methods.

Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination and order value. Full shipping details are provided on our Shipping & Returns Policy page. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product type.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and rug patterns, is the intellectual property of R&F and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

R&F shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website, except where prohibited by law.
